Every experience that we have leaves an imprint within our subconscious, our memory holds all the elements from every experience and our body holds the emotional responses and emotions from these experiences. Trauma is a felt experience meaning that the body feels it emotionally and if the process is interrupted or unable to be fully experienced, processed or released it is left within the body meaning it can be triggered again in any experience that has similar sensory elements. These experiences can be both big or small and unless we fully understand them and allow ourselves the space to release and process they will build up over time creating beliefs, limitations, stress and fears ultimately causing either physical symptoms, heightened emotional responses or symptoms of the mind.
The process of Somatic decoding is simple and logical, and it is simply creating a safe space to release what we where unable to in a previous moment giving a voice to our emotions we acknowledge what we felt and allow the body to release it through feeling in a very gentle but powerful process. This process also gives us deep insight which helps us to process our subconscious patterns and programs bringing it to our conscious awareness allowing us to see clearing what fears, beliefs and programming is actually creating our reality . Often the result is that we find certain situations and challenges easier ass we have released the energetic emotional charge from the body allowing pressure to be released and resolution t happen within our minds. Closing the loop and allowing past experiences to be released so we can move forward with more peace and balance.
We are energy made into physical form experiencing this reality that we call life. At our core we are just energy, and this energy requires us to create a constant state of movement in order to allow for new energy to come in. Our emotions are something that we experience constantly throughout our day and as the word states they are simply energy in motion. All our problems in life come from the stagnant energy that we hold within our body, in the form of emotions and blocks that have not been felt and released. They are messengers showing us how we are interacting with our experience and the people, places and things in our environment. When we understand that we are simply energy we will see how everything in our reality is just a form of energy created into matter, thus everything that we interact with creates some type of energy exchange.
These exchanges will either have a positive effect on our own energy or a negative effect, based on how we feel with the interaction we are then left with a choice to continue engaging, or to step away from the exchange in that moment. We learn based on how we feel how to navigate our experience and when we need to adjust our own personal reactions or boundaries in order to keep our own energy feeling positive. Our emotions bring awareness to ways in which we are can harness our energy for creation, and through awareness we are able to gain insights on how to become more comfortable in our own energy. Awareness of what our energy is communicating to us is like our own personal road path to manoeuvre through life, our emotions allow us to see anyway that we are being in life that is not bringing peace and flow to our energy. As we learn to understand our personal maps and to read the signs that we are constantly communicating to ourselves we become Intune with our energy, and we work together listening to the information that we receive to give us an in depth understanding to create balance and harmony.
