Orla is an intuitive coach who practices and methods involve a mixtures of different modalities all based around somatically decoding  and uncovering our unconscious patterns, limitations and beliefs that are blocking us from reconnecting fully with who we are at the core. 

Having began by studying biomagnetic therapy a practice based on placing magnets on the body in varies pairs and location to create balance and restore the ph to a specific area or organ this training gave me a deep understanding on the physical manifestations our body creates as a result of our patterns and unhealed parts .  I then continued by studying Bioenergetics which is a deeper modality of understanding the root cause, emotions and unprocessed trauma that is the source of many of our symptoms, both physical, mental and emotional. This also lead to studying varies forms of energy and understanding on a deeper level the connection between energy, emotions and the body

It is our patterns, often rooted in our own inner child healing and our ancestral programming that continue to show up in our life at present. we go through cycles of repetition until we are able we are able to move past certain beliefs and programming often which we are unconscious that are even a factor in our life. 

My passion is to  support others  to gain awareness and clarity on there ability to change there experience, so they can heal  and tap into there infinite  creative nature. , activating their gifts in order to step into their souls  fullest potential and reconnect through remembering their true essence and being .
